frustration

Well someone please tell me why when things go wrong everything goes wrong. I was supposed to have my living expenses on April 1 but have not received them yet. Sent in what they ask for hear you need something else. Walked on a sprained ankle to go fax info tuesday for them not to receive it. Come to find out it is locked in someones officeand they are on vacation.
